I have had the joy of teaching workshops in a range of creative disciplines for the last 15 years, working with school groups, families, adults, and young people with additional needs.
I am incredibly passionate and enthusiastic about creativity and it's importance in people's lives, and my aim is always to run exciting, inspiring and accessible workshops.

Beginners Linocut Printmaking
Saturday 26th September 10am - 1pm

Learn how to design, carve and print from your own lino block with beautiful results.
This calm and well-supported workshop is perfect for beginners to printmaking or anyone with a love of making looking to try something new.

Halloween Craft Sessions
Friday 30th October 10am-3pm
Over Kellet Village Hall, Lancs
Calling all little ghouls and goblins!
Join me for a fun 1 hour Halloween Craft Session designed for children age 5-12 years old, where you can make some spooky decorations and cute creations just in time for your halloween celebrations! Bring your imagination and leave with awesome crafts to show off!
Children must be supervised by an adult, maximum 3 children to one adult. Adults must be ready to get into the spooky spirit and help their little ones if needed.
£6.50 per child
Book in advance to guarantee a place or pay on the door. Sessions run 10-11, 11.15-12.15, 1-2, 2.15 - 3.15.

As we are nearing Christmas time and linocut lends itself perfectly to card -making, festive themes are welcome and Rosie will provide a few cards if you would like to create Christmas cards.

Hand Printed Tote Bags
Adults
Saturday 5th December 10am - 12pm
Beck Gibbs Art House, Kendal
In this fun printmaking workshop, with Rosie – a local Artist and experienced workshop facilitator, you will learn how to carve your own linocut blocks to print with, and use these to transform a plain tote bag into a unique hand-printed design. Rosie will provide lots of images, wallpaper and textiles as great inspiration for repeat pattern and block printing, and you are welcome to come with your own ideas which she will help you bring to life.
This workshop is ideal for beginners to printmaking or anyone with a love of making looking to try something new.
